Cutting 50% of Avalon Burning. Most pages look like this:

The revised page looks like this:

AFTER

Multiply by 430 (the number of pages written). Repeat as needed. Revise again. Finish novel. Shorten new material. Revise the whole book one more time.

  2. Only been to Olmstead Point once, but that is one spectacular view. Trip over the Tioga Pass Road is a great drive. Amazing that they just closed it (finally) for the season.

  3. An even more adventurous trip by centaur 30 years after all road maintenance has stopped. 🙂

    They had little rain and a relatively mild winter this year. Last year they didn’t open the thing till July, I think.
